    With your approval: paperwork, keys, inventory and condition record.

Yes. We start from where you are: vacant, about to be vacant or already let. Not every engagement needs preparation work or a new tenant.

Can you help if I live overseas or outside Bengaluru?

Yes. We agree access, contact arrangements and any steps that need you before we begin, then share updates remotely.

Can you help with more than one property?

Yes. The scope and fees are agreed separately for each home.

Can my broker or relative stay involved?

Yes. Tell us what they handle and what you’d like us to take on. We confirm responsibilities and any charges first.

What tenant checks are included?

We explain the checks before we start and share what we find, including anything we couldn’t verify.
